Hi!  I'm Nicole Ploger and I teach Kindergarten.  I grew up on a farm in Lewis and graduated from Lewis High School in 2000.  I graduated from Emporia State University with my degree in teaching Elementary Education.  In 2005, I moved to Satanta, KS with my husband Blake, also a teacher, for our first teaching jobs.  There, I taught Third Grade for 1 year then taught First Grade for 6 years.  In 2012, we moved back home to Lewis Where I have taught Kindergarten ever since and love it!  Fun fact-my mom was the Kindergarten teacher at Lewis for 32 years before retiring and now I get to teach in the same classroom.

I have two kids that keep me busy along with teaching.  When I am not busy attending all their activities, I like to spend time with my family by going to movies, riding bikes, going to Royals games or other sporting events, playing at the park, church activities, playing sports, or anything else we can do together.  I also enjoy knitting, reading, and a good nap!
